30 days Yoga challenge November 2014 

Hi Everyone!

I know I have been missing in action for the few past months. This new life with a baby is a little bit busy, but I’m still running few days at week and I’m also trying to add to my fitness routine a little bit of yoga. I’m starting like a beginner like the first time I heard about the pose or the name of it. Is a little bit hard but at the same time is interesting. I love to learn everyday something new; is important to me to keep doing exercise for my health,for my body, and for ME.

So now I’m doing the 30 days Yoga challenge for November 2014. 

This is a personal challenge, to encourage my self to keep my fitness journey alive.

Today 11/03/2014 is my 3rd day of the challenge.

D: Keep the pose


I would like to post about this challenge more often to keep you updated.  Hope I have my time organize, so I can write about it.

I want to invite you to start a yoga journey like me!!!
