Day 16-30 Yoga November Challenge [Recap 2]

Mantra of the day: Believe in yourself and do not quit.
DAY BY DAY
Day#16 Yoga at home
Routine time: 15 minutes
The routine of the day was practice everything I had learned in the process.
Day#17 Yoga Nidra
Routine time: 60 minutes
This class was so peaceful. I enjoyed the quite time with myself. That day I was so in a rush because I was late for the class also the traffic was horrible. So I was a little bit stressed for nothing you know, but I like be on time for everything.

Day#19 15 minutes at home
This day was a short routine. I just did 15 minutes before I took a shower to went sleep.

I think the progress was doing the transition and the dare was finding the right time to do yoga.

Day#22 Soft Flow Yoga Class
Routine time: 75 minutes
Favorite pose of the day: Happy Baby = Ananda Balasana
The pose at first was challenging, because like a wrote few posts ago I’m in postpartum. I had my baby natural way, I know (TMI) sorry! And that pose was weird but at the same time was comforting.

Day#26 Preparing everything for the Thanksgiving dinner. [No yoga day]
Day#27 Thanksgiving Day [No yoga day]
In these day I just enjoyed the company of friend like I said to them my extended family since any of ours family member is near by. I’m thankful because I have God in my life, Thankful for the bless of being mother, for my partner in crime my amore. Thankful for my family and friends. Thankful for being a life, for the health.

Day#29 Soft Flow Yoga Class
Routine time: 75 minutes
Favorite pose of the day: Tree pose = Vrksasana

Day#30 Last Day of the Yoga November Challenge
This was a amazing challenge. I going to keep doing this practice. Is amazing how something like yoga can change the way you see your lifestyle. Hope you enjoyed this series like me.
