My Plan for February 2018

Hi!

Welcome to my 2018 Journey!

I’m so glad to be back…

I want to write down what I want to achieve and going to do during the month of
February.

During this month I want to start with a routine and maintain it, I want to be consistent I’m good on that but if I refer of running, working out and drink water sometimes is hard for me. I always do one or two of the three. This time I want to keep up, now that I have a little more time during the day.

  • MY PLAN

  • Start Training (Running) Goal To be announce
  • +
  • Push-ups/ Sit-ups / Squats and Walk
  • +
  • Streching
  • + or –
  • No SODA
  • +
  • More WATER

I’m not going to rush anything. I just going with the flow, I know it take time to be on a routine, so I’m not going to be that hard on myself. I clearly know what I want and If I want to reach my goal I need to gave everything I have.

I’m ready to start working on the new me. WORK FOR IT!!!

Sorry

Hi!

Sorry I have been missing in action… I have a couple of post that I want to publish but with the situation in my country Puerto Rico. I haven’t feel like posting content in my blog.

I have goals and an event that I want to share here like a part of my journey… but something is stopping me.

I feel like I need to respect the people affected with that terrible and devastating hurricane Maria.

Thanks God all my family is okay. But there are more families that didn’t ran with the same luck. Pray for Puerto Rico.

Wednesday June 12, 2013. Birthday Run

Hi!

Today was a fun long day. I woke up early in the morning. I spent the day with my amore; we eat lunch together, then for a little shopping and the rest of the afternoon in his office. When we get home, I get ready to hit the road, that was my plan yesterday so I did it.

I run my fastest 1.00mile Finally!!!

[ 1.00mi10:29min – pace 10’32″/min – temperature 56F degrees ]
[ Also my fastest 1k – 6:34min.]

Four weeks ago was 10:56min the mile. (note: one of my goals is do the 2.00miles in 20mins) The difference is minimun but it feels so good. The difference was :27 seconds.

Next I put a photo for record also the badges I earn for the fastest mile run and for running on my birthday.

I use nike + running app for iphone.

 Thanks
