Day#4 Yoga November Challenge
Hi Everyone!
This is the November 4,2014 Recap.
I procrastinated all day to do the challenge. I was doing house stuff and you may know that included everything about cleaning, and multitasking. Also taking care of my baby that is a full-time. So then came the night, and finally there I take time to do the routine for this day.
Routine Duration: 20 minutes
Favorite pose: Warrior 1 = Virabhadra 1 Pose
Benefits of Warrior 1 pose:
- Stretch the chest and lungs, shoulder and neck,and the belly.
- Strengthens the shoulder and arms, also the back muscles.
- Stretch and strengthens the thighs, calves, and ankles.
- This pose improves balance and concentration.
Note: Like a newbie I’m I forgot to breathe correctly; inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth; I concentrate more in do the pose right.
