Today I went for a run in the evening with my baby and the stroller. The weather was nice. I ran just 2.00mi but it felt good to run. I need it so bad today. I enjoy this time my me time. Is a little harder when you push the stroller but it was amazing. I felt so greatful to have the oportunity to run around and have my baby by my side.

This month was amazing I conquer a personal best not PR but PB. This month I achieve my farthest run since I started running again this year 2017 and also the longest distance non-stopping. The baby steps, consistency and training are giving me results. I’m so happy and proud of my accomplishment.
Today’s run is my farthest since I started running again on March. I set a goal and I went for it. The mind is powerful. I ran 3.22mi Every effort I had made to reach my goal has giving me great results. It has been worth it.

This feeling that you have achieve something after training for it for so long, It’s Amazing!!
Today I think not was my day. When I start running it feel good then when I hit de 1.00mile, the air feels different, my breath was hard and I start to have ribs pain. So I walk for a little bit… I continue with my run but my pace was very slow, like I feel I was walking I don’t know. Was a wierd event today with my run. Also my legs ached but it was something that could withstand. I was feeling very tired.
I feel like instead of progressing, i’m going backward.
