August Running Recap

Hi!

This month was amazing I conquer a personal best not PR but PB. This month I achieve my farthest run since I started running again this year 2017 and also the longest distance non-stopping. The baby steps, consistency and training are giving me results. I’m so happy and proud of my accomplishment.

RECAP:

I ran in total: 22.27 miles

13/31 Running Days

15/31  Active Days

1 day of cardio kickboxing

1 day of just walk 0.75mi

I had lost 3 pounds since I started follow instructions of a trainer. ( I will be giving more details in other exclusive post.) Going for more!!!

I’m so excited my next 5k event is next month!!!

JULY Training DONE!

Hi!

July was a challenging month because of the hot weather days that I’m not use to. I’m from Puerto Rico there is some hot days and very humid but where I’m now this hot is super hot and a little humid. The higest was 111º degrees fahrenheit. It was a good month tho.


RECAP:

-Cardio: 4 Days

This incluide: Jumping jacks, Jumping rope, Kickboxing, squats and legs workouts.

-Total of 11 Runs

-Runs in Distance: 14.06mi

I’m super happy that I keep adding more miles every month.

15 of 30 days active


 

 

Was my July wishlist accomplished?

Let’s see!

-Running more miles: DONE √-Running more days this month: DONE √

-More active days in the month: 3 days less of days active of last month. 1 more day of running 96% DONE √

 

-Stretching: Before DONE √ /  After: Nope-5k on my own in less than 50 min. I do not try to run that distance this month.

 


Healthy Intakes

 

 

Drink more water: YES 4-5 bottles of 16 ounces each.

Eat healthy snacks/food: MORE OR LESS 50% YES

Avoid junk food : NOT AT ALL

NO SODA: NOT AT ALL

Reduce the food quantity: YES

I’m quiet doing some noise!

Hi!

I know I have been missing in action.

I’m just training, training on myself, by myself , for myself.

That’s why this post is call like that. I have been working out almost everyday. I might no be running but for sure I’m doing cardio and now I’m so interested in kickboxing. That kickboxing workout is BOMB!! I love it!!

I’m feeling so good about everything in my life.

I seek help for my anxiety that is a important step for me.

I’m working out.

I’m eating more healthy.

I’m drinking more water.

I’m sleeping  good.

I’m taking me time. (this is important to me)

I’m working on myself, because if I’m good in all aspect I can reflect that.

That’s why I’m quiet doing some noise!

2017 Fitness Plan

2017 Fitness Plan

March 5, 2017 is the start of a new journey.

My plan is about lose weight.

My Goal for this year 2017 is to lose -55lbs.

I’m currently 215lbs.


PLAN:

  • Eat more healthy
    • NO candy
    • NO bread
    • NO soda
  • Drink more water
    • 32oz. min per day
  • Cardio
    • 15-30 per day

This time is not about running, is about my health. In the future I might add running to my plan. For now is about to change my choices/habits when it come to eat, drink, or exercising or not.
