      • Depends on what your taste is!
Born to Run is an all-time fav. of many runners. If you love to run barefoot (sometimes), you will love it.
My first running book was The Art of Running Faster by Julian Goater. The title says what it is all about.
Eat and Run is one of the nicest books I have read. It’s written by Scott Jurek and talks about eating and running, as simple as that.
If you like historical aspects, there is this book called The Perfect Mile. It’s about breaking the 4-minute barrier for running one mile.

        Well, the list goes on.
On my blog, I have a goodreads widget, so you can check the ones that I have read and if any names sound fancy, give it a go 🙂

      • Thanks! I will check the list. I never thought of reading about run, but since I love running and books. Sound like it is a good idea!

  1. I love to read as well! Just bought a few of the Philippa Gregory books (the first few of the Plantagenet and Tudor Novels). I would also recommend some running books- Running with a Police Escort, Tales from the Back of the Pack (by Jill Grunenwald) and The Accidental Athlete (by John “the penguin” Bingham).
