She is a beginner runner. She barely started to running in 2012.
She is very active; like sports and fitness.
In 2017 She started to practice Kickboxing and she still running!
Now in 2018 She will be training to run more long distances.
This blog is going to be like her diary. She going to share when she do some type of physical work.

-Start ride Mountain bike mid 2009 in the state of Colorado.
-Start to run in 2011 shorts sections
– In 2012 start to training for a 5k.
– 2013 start training, run more days at weeks.
-First 5k July 20 ,2013.
-2013: Total of 6 (5k events)
-2014 Started Experimenting with yoga.
-2017 Started to try kickboxing / Run 3- 5k events
- Started playing Volleyball again
- Started playing Tennis
- Started Keto diet
