April Goal/Schedule


Short post!

I want to try this month to follow a schedule and let’s see how it goes. I’m also adding different activities to my week, before was just running and some other days workout at home. Now I’m including volleyball and tennis.

My week:

  • Monday – Volleyball
  • Tuesday – Rest
  • Wednesday – Run
  • Thursday – 30min – 1hr workout at home
  • Friday – Tennis
  • Saturday – Rest
  • Sunday – Run

  1. My schedule for last 4 years is: Mon full body, Wed upper body and Thu legs. I run 5 k on Sundays. I’m hoping to include squash or badminton one or two days a week but I’m yet to explore it.

  2. I work best with definite plans – especially when getting ready for races. I usually modify some kind of spreadsheet, making it into a poster and sticking it on the fridge. You’ve just reminded me of that fact. I’ve been out of commission for a wee while with a knee injury. I’m going to get onto one today with my rehab (kneehab) exercises and walking regime. Here goes.

  3. Having a schedule is a really effective way of making sure you do what you want to do! I have tried having a schedule, but it’s difficult finding time to schedule everything in. I look forward to hearing about whether it worked!
