Running

July wishlist 2017

Hi!

Better late than never!

July wishlist

My goals for this month are very simple.

I’m planning on running more miles and more days this month.

I want to keep up with my last month in miles or do more.

I still want to be more active more day in the month.

I need to do more stretching  before and after.

I want to achieve a 5k on my own in less than 50 min.

Reminder:

Drink more water

Eat healthy snacks/food

Avoid junk food (This one is hard to avoid)

NO SODA

Reduce the food quantity

DON’T GIVE UP!

Thanks for visiting!

  1. Great “goals” “wish list” … maybe instead of avoiding junk food eating less? or finding healthier alternatives. I love bread so I switch from regular bread to SaraLee Delightful 45 calorie bread, it has less carbs and more fiber than regular breads. Just a suggestion. Love reading your updates 🙂

    1. Yeah I love bread too… Thank you for your recommendation I really appreciate it. I will work on eating less and trying to find healthy options. 😉

  2. You’ve got some good goals. Great idea to write (or post) them. You’re more likely to achieve them. I may start doing this myself. I like the accountability, it’s the reason I started my blog in the first place.

  3. Thanks for sharing your goals! Go get ’em! Do you follow a training plan for your running? We find that it’s the only way to make sure that we’re progressing as runners and also helps us to stay accountable.

    1. 😉Right now I’m using the nike coach. Previously I had used couch to 5k. Yeah is working for me. Is so true to see results sometimes you need to follow the experts!

      1. We also used Couch to 5K when we started and really liked it. Does Nike Coach also talk to you while you’re running? That was our favorite part because we chose the weird unicorn guy 🙂

  4. I love seeing others set goals like this- I just started following but it looks like you’ve been doing great! Nice work, and don’t give up. It’s so exciting to see improvements once they start coming.
