Today was my rest day. During the day I was reading a post from another blogger that I follow. It end up inspire me to workout today. That person Anita write about that she did a full body workout. I felt like “damn girl nice workout”. Now I want to do something. There is the inspiration that give me the motivation to do something and workout. Make time when you don’t have time. Workout if you want, So that’s what I did. Thanks Anita!

I did the Shake-up workout from Darebee.com Level 1
- 180 Jumping Jacks
- 36 Side to side lunges each leg
- 60 Legs raise each leg
- 60 Knee to elbows each leg
- 60 Step side jacks
It felt So good!!
