I have been thinking in suscribe to a 5k. I was searching a good way to training myself to do it. I found this page DAREBEE a few weeks ago and I have been using it; the cardio for the day system when I don’t run. So navegating in the page I saw they have a running plan for a 5k that take 8 weeks. (here the link 8 weeks to 5k)
Next week on Tuesday I going to start. I might put my touch to the plan but I’m going to follow that plan for the next 8 weeks. I’m excited for this plan.
I’m thrilled that my determination this days is in a good level.
This is very important to me.
