Hi!
This is a update and also to let you know what I have on mind to the next year.
This year my running was off. I try so many time to keep up with my usual running schedule but was impossible for so many reasons “excuses”.
I ran a few days ago I felt so good to be running, but I keep going with the excuses to not run. Sometimes I’m in that mood that your mind say something and your body don’t respond.
Today I sat down to think that running is the best for me. For my health, body and mind. I just need to make time to do it.
I decided to sign up for a race near my birthday. That mean that I have 6 months to prepare myself. Maybe is too long for a training but is clear that I have a good time to do so. NO EXCUSES!
2016 I’m waiting for you!

If you’re looking for direction or training plans Hal Higdon is a great resource, I’ve also heard excellent things about Hansons. When I was needing motivation running with a group in the community is an excellent way to hold yourself accountable. Just some suggestions! Cheers 🙂
